New Relic: Real-time App Monitoring

This Function inserts published data into the New Relic Insights Service.

Setup

1. Login or Register to Admin Portal

2. Select Functions

3. Select your desired App and Keyset

4. Select "Explore Templates" and proceed with selected integration.

Walkthrough

First, replace ACCOUNT_ID with your New Relic account ID. Then, replace INSIGHTS_KEY with your New Relic Insights insert API key (requires a paid New Relic APM account).

This Function publishes the data to the New Relic Insights API which allows you to perform queries and observe custom analytics correlated with other New Relic metrics.

Messages logged must be in the format required by New Relic. See below for an example.
